Who We Are

Welcome to Daybreak Star Preschool. We are a long-standing program of United Indians of All Tribes Foundation, the mission of which is to provide educational, cultural and social services that reconnect Indigenous people in the Puget Sound region to their heritage by strengthening their sense of belonging and significance as Native people. Daybreak Star Preschool pursues this mission by providing exceptional early education rooted in Indigenous, play-based, emergent curriculum.

What We Do

As a program of United Indians of All Tribes Foundation, our primary goal is to serve Urban Native families, but all are welcome!

We partner with the Seattle Preschool Program to offer affordable, full-day early education.

We also offer a NEW all-outdoor preschool program, encouraging outdoor exploration and play.

Why Daybreak Star Preschool?

Our innovative indigenous programming gives children the ideal start in life and in education. Our low student-to-teacher ratios and emphasis on seeing children and families as competent contributors to their community helps to cement a foundation which they can carry throughout their lives. Our beautiful location overlooking the Salish Sea is the perfect place for your child to spend their early learning experiences!
